"Since the beginning of the process, Mark got to know exactly what we were looking for and found us our perfect home. He knew exactly what kind of offer we needed to make, and the seller went with ours over 10 others. We had a really rough time with the lending officer towards closing and were about to lose the contract. Mark stepped up and became our advocate, he directed the loan team on how to move forward. If it was not for him we would not have closed and received the keys to our dream home. "I'm sitting here right now, in my beautiful house with my beautiful family all because Mark made it happen. I had my eyes set on this one house (unrealistic in this market I know), and by the time we got to see it 30 minutes into its open house, seven offers were already on the table. Mark went in, did his magic and the sellers went with our offer! There were times I wanted to give up, but Mark didn't let me; he was there for me the entire time and without question.In this market, you need a shark, and that's exactly what he is. He knows the market extremely well and is open and honest about every aspect of the process with you.
